My second experience with carvana

My first experience with Carvana buying my Cadillac ATS was a very good one. I came back because of the first purchase. I felt like the second one was not a very good experience and has left me very unhappy with my experience with Carvana. I basically had to do every bit of the paperwork and push it through myself had very little assistance. Then the car I got was never thoroughly checked. I had initiate a car diagnostic with silver rock only to find out that it had a couple issues now Im having to turn the car back in so I have tied up a three weeks to full weeks and still dont have a car , this is very unset

Are ok no call and no response from Carvana

I received an approval signed the contract paid for insurance and then two hours before pick up I got another email cancelling my contract I called and they had no explanation as to why. I was told I would get a call and I havent received the call. Im very upset and now Im out of pocket on my insurance I cancelled and I took a hard hit in my credit report with no explanation hmmmmm

**BEWARE** Carvana offered me $16,279 on 08/23/2023 with an expiration date of 08/30/2023 for my vehicle. While reviewing the information on the offer on 08/28/2023 I realized the value owed was off by a couple hundred dollars ($250 to be exact) so after making this correction they dropped the offer value by $3992 now offering $12,287. I talked to a representative of the company, and they refused to honor their offer that was set to expire on 08/30/2023. This is unethical and go against their whole business scheme of not being like typical car dealerships. They have lost a customer for life, and I suggest anyone looking to use them to use with caution as they'll switch numbers on the fly for any reason just like your typical SHEISTY dealer would. **BEWARE**

I can barely put into words how HORRIBLE their customer service is. After my delivery date being pushed back THREE TIMES with little to no explanation (please note, the explanation will change depending on who you talk to) my car was delivered COVERED IN DOG HAIR. I dont know what standards they have in regards to these vehicles but it is LOW. Now, I love my car and I was willing to forgive all the but as I was pulling out of my garage, the garage staffed stopped me and alerted me to the fact that my car was leaking oil. Come to find out, it was because the valve/gasket covering the oil filter at the bottom of my car WAS NEVER TIGHTENED. So since my delivery 2 weeks ago, a steady stream of oil has been leaking. Which in my opinion is DANGEROUS AND NEGLIGENT. NoThe best part is (and if you are still reading this God bless you and p RUN from this company) when I called customer service, they told me that 1. Everyone in leadership was too busy to speak to me and 2. THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. I was told that my issue was a warranty issue and I needed to take it up with another company because they were not at fault. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Dissatisfied Customer

Terrible experience from the Start and I should have ran fast then. Almost 2 weeks after finally getting the vehicle I received a notification from payment resolution that my pre-approval amount was not accepted due to the vehicle being over priced according to the standards of how the company price vehicles. I either had to pay the difference within 3 days or return vehicle. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to return the vehicle and it's been nothing but a mess. From speaking to different people, being told managers would call never do, transfer to different departments. All I want to do is return the vehicle to Carvana get my down payment back and move on. Yet here we are week 3 I'm still in possession of the vehicle because they refused to schedule a pick up. I want to surrender the vehicle return the vehicle not have the vehicle. Unfortunately it's no physical lot I can just drop the vehicle off to be held responsible so I still have insurance on the vehicle that I shouldn't have to pay for. Wish it was someway or someone that could advise me on the best way to handle this. As customer service reps are really playing a game in my opinion. If I could give a 0 star I would. VERY DISSATISFIED

I purchased an electric Kia Niro EV and it was delivered with only 30 miles left on the charge. I initially loved the car until I found out that it WON'T charge! The car has been sitting in my driveway for a week and I have to keep my insurance up on it and I have to pay for shipping for the defective car. So far I have opened up complaints with the CT attorney general, BBB, and everywhere else I can tell people about this criminal organization. Stay away!

I placed my order, signed all documents, sent a copy of my credit union check and proof of insurance. Ive spent a week jumping through their hoops. Then, the night before Im scheduled to drive 100 miles to pick up the car, they tell me that I didnt get everything to them in time and that my appointment has been cancelled, and they cant even tell me what Im supposedly missing! Going to a dealership and buying a car takes less time and is much less stressful than purchasing from these *** The only reason I was buying from them is because I cant find this exact car anywhere else. Do not deal with Carvana!
