DO NOT TRUST CARVANA
I bought a 2017 Nissan Armada from Carvana with a clean Carfax and no reported damage After 6 months the paint on the back bumper started flaking off. Imagine my surprise when a local body tech told me it had been repaired and repainted before and done poorly. When I...

First of all! I would to Thx for your input post video mentioned your comment very big help to those who want to purchase Carvana.

My plan is to purchase Lexus 2020 NX FSport for $37889 only 8.5k Mileages. So I was compared to any dealership in my local cheaper at least $3.5k with KBB said is a good deal. So from steps 1 to 10 processing paperwork doc, I've done step1 to 7 before linking to my bank. I and my wife said okay make sure final checked anything feature of the car.

At Carvana list Navigation, Sunroof, and a lot of features.....etc! But when I view 360 degrees I didn't see any sunroof or Navigation. I and my wife got confusing. So I contact with Carvana specialist His name is Petrov I chat with him he checks or views the car after 5min his told me you're right the car has no sunroof or moonroof and I asked him right away and Navigation system too.

He said he going to send a discrepancy report to his annotation team might need to open a ticket to correct this car specification. But the problem the main issue is money and the option premium package need to adjustment. He said this will take 24hrs to be checked, so please bear with them until getting a response.

I'm not sure his response back to me or not. But we got confused right now..

Terrible service. Make this space larger and I will tell you all about it.

I spent three hours on the phone trying to pay for my car in full. And they would not work with me. THEY had the wrong account info on my account. I tried three times to explain they would need the routing number on my checking account but they kept telling me they would need only my checking acct. #. End result I had to pay $15.00 to wire transfer to Wells Fargo in San Francisco Ca. And I would not have had the information to do that if one sweet lady had not given me the acct# and all the info. I needed to transfer the monies. There is no excuse for this ! Not to mention Carvana tried to transfer my funds from the wrong bank. Don't do business with Carvana bank!Ca. checking account

User's recommendation: Don't do business with Carvana.

Poor Service and Failure to Issue Refund

I purchased a used auto through Carvana. The car I purchased is great but the buying experience has been a nightmare. They failed to deliver on several promised delivery dates and agreed to refund me the delivery charge of $590.00. It has now been 60 days and I still have not received it nor gotten any good information from their customer service department. Terrible service!

User's recommendation: Think twice about using Carvana. Their promise of easy purchase is a failed promise.

Horrible service!!!!

We drove to Indianapolis In. and picked up the car. After our 7 days were up, They said they tried to receive the full payment from our account. I spent 3 hours on the phone begging someone to allow me to give them the correct account number. I then went to my bank and had the money electronically transferred to Well Fargo in San Francisco,Ca. Ca.

2 vehicles delivered damaged, was promised compensation but was hung out to dry.

I ordered a 2018 Mazda 6 through Carvana on Wednesday June 2, 2021, with an original delivery date of Friday, June 10, 2021. Several hours prior to the scheduled delivery, I received an email message stating my delivery would be delayed. I was given a new delivery date of Wednesday, June 16th, 2021, and was told that I would be credited $25 for each day the car was delayed. Shortly thereafter I spoke with a Carvana representative who indicated that the car was in Arizona. I was shocked that I had not been contacted earlier regarding this issue, as the car was located several thousand miles from the delivery address. I was relying on the promised delivery of my car to transport myself to a very expensive bought-and-paid-for vacation in the Florida Keys. Despite Carvanas failed delivery having delayed my arrival and costing me several hundred dollars worth of missed days at the vacation rental, I accepted the delayed delivery in good faith. I received a call the day prior to my second promised delivery date. A Carvana CSR explained to me that the car had been damaged and would need to be repaired. I spoke on the phone with a representative who indicated that the car had been in an accident IN CARVANAS CARE, with severe damage to the fenders and bumper. At this point I cancelled the order as I had lost faith in Carvanas ability to deliver me the UNDAMAGED car I ordered. Carvana claims that it does NOT sell vehicles that have been in an accident, but I was shocked to find that the car had been listed and sold after this accident. At this pointhaving already delayed my expensive vacationI had to spend several hundred dollars extra on travel. I called Carvana in the hopes that a CSR would help rectify this nightmare. Having read the terms and conditions of the delivery agreement, I expected to be reimbursed for the totality of my extra expenses due to the car having been damaged IN CARVANAS CARE as the CSR mentioned previously. When I called, a Carvana service representative stated that he could offer me the $25 daily rate for the failed delivery. I explained my situation and insisted that he find another option. After hours of waiting, the CSR told me that he received approval from his superior to offer me a higher daily rate on condition that I accept delivery on the NOW DAMAGED vehicle, and significantly less money if I were to refuse delivery. This was a shady and disgraceful attempt to transfer the financial liability of owning that damaged vehicle onto me. I told the CSR that neither of these options would suffice, but that I was still willing to order a different vehicle from Carvana. Upon learning I was willing to continue doing business with Carvana, the CSR was magically able to offer me $350 compensation. Despite not covering the totality of the additional expenses I incurred due to Carvanas multiple service failures, I accepted the sum of money and was promised delivery of the check within 1-2 weeks. Having regained faith in Carvana with the promise of reimbursement, I promptly ordered another vehicle. However, when I returned to my home I was surprised that the check had not arrived. Weeks later, I called again to inquire about the check. The CSR promised me that the finance department was working on it, and that they would give me a call soon. I requested that they email me upon the processing of the reimbursement. The CSR promised that I would be emailed. In the meantime, I inadvertently accepted a damaged vehicle from Carvana, which was fixed with a *** repair job by Maaco in Sterling, VA with several paint defects and slightly mismatched color. I was contacted more than 10 times by Carvana regarding an emissions inspection that went unmentioned until AFTER DELIVERY. Alas, several months later, I have received NO CORRESPONDENCE from Carvana regarding this nightmare. I believe I was promised money to get me off the phone. I also believe I was intentionally not followed up with to save Carvana the expenses they promised. Carvana has repeatedly taken advantage of my patience and willingness to cooperate. Throughout this whole experience, Ive been met with unacceptable service from Carvana, and their associated repair facilities and vehicle transportation services.

User's recommendation: Why take the risk? STAY AWAY!

DELAY/CONFUSION

Waiting 35 days for my title and registration after telling Carvana I was transferring plates from the car I traded in. Multiple uploads of documents, only option is text where you get a new person every day and have to start the story over. I've been trying to get my registration done since August 12. Terrible follow up after purchase.

User's recommendation: Think twice or don't have them do the registration because they fail at it!

REGISTRATION AND TITLE!!! I paid these fees, transferring a plate and waiting 35 days!!!

The customer service sucks!

Bought a car in July still don't have the registration for it. No one can tell us where the title is so we can self-register. We call almost every day and they say they will look into it and call us back. We have NEVER gotten a callback. Will never use them again and suggest no one else does too.

User's recommendation: do not use!!!!!!!!

Problems with vehicle registration

I've spoke to 3 different of your representatives and no one has been able to help me I originally paid your company so that guys were able to take care of registering my vehicle and 3 months later I get a letter from the DMV stating that I have to renew my tags. I originally paid your company the fee of 500 dollars to have you take care of it for me, and now no one can help me.

I’m screwed

Carvana - I’m screwed
So Monday, September 6 I traded carvanna my awesome well serviced manual transmission Volkswagen GTI. It ran amazing I would never try to trade a piece of crap and not say anything. The vehicle I traded for was a 2018 Audi A3 the car is beautiful I was very excited. I didnt get to drive it much the one thing I will say as soon as I turned on the vehicle the inspection light came on it also said no pressure in the tires low pressure warning so I figured I no big deal Ill just go put air in the tires which is what I did. I drove the car a total of 10 miles maybe and the car stalled in the middle of a very busy highway for whatever reason as well the vehicle was leaking fluids the night before. I understand the carvanna does a thorough inspection on their vehicles before hand as well as the day before its traded obviously this was not done on my vehicle. I live in a very small town in rural Arizona, The closest carvanna Vinny machine is in Las Vegas which alone is two hours away when my vehicle stalled today I had to have Audi send a tow truck to tow it into Vegas so now I am with no car. How do you cannot even look at my vehicle until Friday where at this point my seven days will be up shortly after. So my thought is Im going to go ahead and return the car that I loved because I dont want to car that broke down the day after I bought it. I am on a budget and I would like to keep my payment at a certain number so I did find another card that I pre-ordered and I had to put an additional hundred dollars on to hold it and I will also have to pay for a taxi or an Uber to go to Vegas which is gonna cost well over a couple hundred dollars. I am simply asking for a little help on the price of the new vehicle that Im purchasing, considering the headache that I am going through right now. If your team had done their job and inspected the vehicle as you promise you do we wouldnt be in this position you guys couldve taken it to Audi which was closer then driving at 200 miles my way towing it back to Vegas and then I was told that I also have to go back to Vegas to have the car towed back to Bullhead to return it its confusing and its not fair if you ask me. So I am simply asking for the price of the new car to be lowered $2000, if this cant be done then I will go ahead and take the money and go directly through Audi. I dont even know if Im emailing the right place but I would appreciate some acknowledgment back its really difficult to get a hold of anybody through your company and the people that you got have working for you theyre sitting at home and they have no authority or idea of how to do what Im asking so lets try to come up with a solution the next couple of days is going to cost me a few hundred dollars etc.
